All the maisonettes of Evais Boutique Houses and Luxury Suites consist of two floors. On the ground floor there is a living room with a double sofa bed or two single sofa beds, kitchen, WC and terrace with furniture. Upstairs there is the bedroom with a double bed, the bathroom with built shower and a spacious balcony with furniture.

All maisonettes are autonomous and independent as they have a separate type and private balcony while the large courtyard with garden, furniture and barbecue is common to them.
